Project You Coaching |Virtual Fitness Coaching has total body workouts that are designed for lowering body fat percentage and increasing your lean muscle mass! This will give you the lean, strong and toned look we all strive for!
WHAT TYPE OF EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
Some of the workouts can be performed without any equipment. However, you will see results quicker by having some/all of the equipment listed below:
- Resistance Bands
- Stability Ball
- Box or Step (for jumping and stepping)
- Yoga Mat
