So excited to be offering these 14 Day Challenges!  They will run the first 2 weeks of EACH month!!

They break down to about $2 per day during the challenge – however you can repeat it for the 2nd half of the month and get even more out of it!

What’s so great about this challenge?  The level of AWESOME that comes with the accountability and community involved!  You don’t have to have a gym membership – just a few common pieces of equipment that you probably have lying around your house!

You will have access to me throughout the entirety of the 14 Day Challenge!  I will also be hosting a LIVE during EACH challenge, where you will have the opportunity to ask me allllll the questions!

My goal of these challenges is to grow your confidence within your fitness + wellness + nutrition + lifestyle

    I had so much fun with this challenge. It really helps when Brittany explains what to do and NOT do in each exercise! I really enjoy the input from other challengers as well.
